Privacy policy

This policy covers play-worthy.com in English and French. The site collects very little, so the policy is short.

What we receive

Only what you send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address and message. No page here will ever ask you for a password, a card number, bank details or ID.

The form service

Form messages reach our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside service with its own privacy terms. While in transit, a message may be processed on servers outside Canada.

Use and retention

We use messages to reply and to fix the site. We don't sell them or use them for marketing, and we delete them within 12 months unless the conversation is still open.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this domain. Our host keeps routine server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security.

Game websites

Once you follow a link to a game, that developer's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, Quebec's private-sector privacy law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
